Hello EES families!
What an unforgettable final week of school we had! It was filled with laughter, learning, fun, and a few happy tears as we celebrated a wonderful year together.
Monday – Beach Day 🏖️
We brought the beach right into our classroom! The students had so much fun trying on beach hats, exploring seashells, pretending to surf, and taking part in beach-themed sensory activities. We also enjoyed listening to beach stories, singing songs, and imagining a sunny day by the ocean.
Tuesday – Under the Sea 🐠
Our classroom transformed into an underwater adventure! We were visited by a giant jellyfish, created adorable sea creature crafts using seashells, and learned about the amazing animals that live in the ocean. It was a day full of creativity and discovery.
Wednesday – Ice Cream Science 🍦
One of the week's highlights was making our own vanilla ice cream in a bag! Everyone helped measure and mix the ingredients before shaking the bags and watching the freezing reaction happen. Best of all, we got to enjoy our delicious homemade treat together!
Thursday – Sports Day 🏅
The whole school came together for a fun-filled Sports Day! Our students participated in a variety of outdoor activities, cheered on their friends, and showed great teamwork, determination, and school spirit. It was wonderful to see everyone having so much fun together.
Friday – Pajama Day 🎬🍿
We wrapped up the school year with a cozy Pajama Day, complete with popcorn and movies. While we enjoyed a relaxing day together, it was also time to say goodbye to some very special friends who are graduating or moving on from our program. We are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished and know they will continue to do amazing things. They will always be a part of our classroom family, and they will be greatly missed.
As we close another wonderful school year, we want to thank all of our families for your kindness, support, and partnership. It has been a privilege to watch your children learn, grow, and shine throughout the year.
